1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the decentralized crypto exchange platform located at [zer0trace.com] ("Exchange" or "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Exchange immediately.

1.2 No Guarantee of Availability
Your use of the Exchange is at your sole option and risk. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Exchange or its interface at any time without notice and without liability.

2. Decentralized Nature of the Exchange

2.1 No Custody or Control
- The Exchange does not hold, store, or control any user funds or private keys.
- You retain exclusive control over your private keys and digital assets.
- The Exchange merely facilitates connectivity to third-party decentralized protocols (including, but not limited to, Atomic Swap, Binance Chain, PancakeSwap, and Atomic DEX) for cryptocurrency swaps.

2.2 No Financial Intermediary
- The Exchange does not provide or facilitate fiat-to-crypto conversions.
- We do not act as a money transmitter, broker, dealer, bank, or financial institution.
- All transactions occur on public blockchains or through third-party protocols outside our control.

2.3 No Central Authority
- The Exchange is a decentralized platform, meaning no central entity can freeze, suspend, or control user accounts or assets.
- All transactions are initiated solely by users on the respective blockchain protocols.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Compliance with Local Laws
- You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules in your jurisdiction(s).
- If your jurisdiction prohibits or restricts the use of decentralized exchanges or cryptocurrencies, you must not use the Exchange.

3.2 Legality of Transactions
- You must ensure that all your activities on the Exchange are lawful and do not violate any applicable laws.
- You must not use the Exchange for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

3.3 Self-Directed Decisions
- All transactions, swaps, or other actions initiated through the Exchange are based on your independent decisions.
- The Exchange does not offer financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult independent professional advisors before engaging in any transaction.

4. Prohibited Use

4.1 Illegal Activities
You agree not to use the Exchange to facilitate any activity that violates any applicable law, regulation, or rule, including (but not limited to) money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illicit activities.

4.2 No Sanctioned Jurisdictions
You must not use or attempt to use the Exchange if such use is prohibited by any embargoes, sanctions, or other applicable trade restrictions in your jurisdiction.

5. No Collection of Personal Data

- The Exchange does not collect or store personal information such as names, addresses, or other identifying details.
- Any interaction with third-party protocols or external services may be subject to their own privacy policies, which are beyond our control.

5.2 Public Blockchain Data
- Blockchain transactions are public and cannot be reversed or deleted.
- Your wallet addresses and transaction details may be visible on the relevant blockchain, over which the Exchange has no control.

6. Transaction Fees and Revenue

6.1 Transaction Fees
- Fees associated with any swaps or transactions (e.g., network or protocol fees) are determined by and paid directly to the blockchain network or third-party protocol.
- The Exchange does not control these fees and does not receive any portion of them.

6.2 Community-Driven Support
- The Exchange, if it collects any fees at all, does so solely for promotional activities related to BitcoinZ or similar community-driven projects.
- The Exchange does not function as a commercial enterprise and does not generate revenue beyond potential community support or advertising.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1 "As Is" and "As Available"
- The Exchange is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- We make no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the Exchange's operation, performance, security, or reliability.

7.2 No Investment Advice
- Any content or information available on or through the Exchange is provided for informational purposes only.
- Nothing constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always conduct your own research and consult professionals.

7.3 Third-Party Protocols
- The Exchange merely provides access to third-party decentralized protocols.
- We have no control over these third-party services and assume no responsibility or liability for their performance, security, or reliability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the creators, developers, contributors, community members, or any associated parties (collectively, "Associated Parties") be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Exchange.

- You assume all risks associated with your blockchain transactions, including the potential loss of digital assets.
- Digital asset values can be volatile, and you agree that you will not hold the Exchange or any Associated Parties liable for any losses.

8.3 No Liability for Third-Party Actions
- Any liquidity or liquidation events facilitated by third-party protocols (including, but not limited to, Binance Chain, Atomic Swap, Atomic DEX) are beyond our control.
- We disclaim all liability arising from any third-party services, hacks, or failures.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Associated Parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
1. Your use of the Exchange.
2. Your violation of these Terms.
3. Your violation of any laws, regulations, or rights of any third party.

10. Termination

10.1 Right to Discontinue or Restrict Access
- While the Exchange is decentralized and cannot be "terminated" in the traditional sense, access to the interface (website or app) may be modified, discontinued, or suspended at any time without notice.
- We reserve the right to restrict or revoke your access to the interface if we determine that you have violated these Terms.

10.2 Effect of Termination
- Upon any such action, your right to use the Exchange interface is immediately revoked.
- Any decisions made by the community or maintainers in restricting access are final and not subject to appeal.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise or update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on the Exchange's website. By continuing to use the Exchange after any changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
